Using Cumulus Planner
Cumulus Planner is a personal planner. By downloading or using the app you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Accounts
Sign-in uses your email address. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Your content
All plan content you create in Cumulus remains yours. We claim no license over it beyond what is strictly necessary to store and sync it to your other devices on your request.
Pricing (coming soon)
Cumulus will ship with a Free tier, a one-time Local Lifetime option, and recurring Pro tiers. Prices, billing cycles, and refund policy publish with the pricing page.
Service availability
The app itself is offline-first and continues to work when the cloud service is unavailable. Cloud sync is best-effort; no uptime SLA is offered during the current pre-launch period.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". The maintainer is not liable for lost data beyond the backup facilities Cumulus itself provides (daily snapshots, manual snapshots, JSON export). Keep local backups of important data.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes are announced in-app and on this page.
